Ypsilon.Net AG’s booking platforms are not fully compliant with the requirements. There is content where information retrieval or accessibility for people with disabilities is not fully ensured.

Inaccessible content is currently found primarily in the following areas: travel service providers (airlines, car rental agencies, package tour operators, hotels—hereinafter referred to as "third parties") integrated via Ypsilon.Net AG’s booking platforms, and information provided by them. This may include, among other things:

• External images or videos from third parties lacking text descriptions
• General Conditions of Carriage (GCC) of third parties
• General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of third parties
• Other inaccessible content from third parties

Third-party websites (e.g., online travel agencies) that merely embed Ypsilon.Net AG’s booking platforms.

Rationale

Ypsilon.Net AG is continuously working to improve its travel booking platforms and strives to make all functions accessible. However, Ypsilon.Net AG has no influence over, nor responsibility for, the accessibility of content provided by third parties.
